Terms of Service

ChannelsHub is a product of ZBK Yazılım ve Bilgi Sistemleri A.Ş.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of ChannelsHub, a software service operated by ZBK Yazılım ve Bilgi Sistemleri A.Ş. ("ZBK", "ChannelsHub", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using ChannelsHub, you agree to these Terms.

1. ChannelsHub Service

ChannelsHub is a multi-channel e-commerce integration platform that enables merchants to connect business systems and synchronize information between supported marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, logistics providers, e-invoicing providers and other services.

2. Merchant Accounts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Each user must use their own authorized account.

Customers are responsible for activities performed through their accounts and must promptly notify ZBK of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Integrations

ChannelsHub integrates with third-party services, including marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, logistics providers and e-invoicing services.

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, policies, technical requirements and availability.

ZBK does not control the availability, functionality, policies or security practices of third-party platforms.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the required authorization and credentials for their connected third-party accounts.

4. Marketplace Authorization

Customers are responsible for authorizing ChannelsHub to access their marketplace and third-party accounts.

ChannelsHub accesses third-party information only through the permissions and authorization provided by the customer.

Customers may revoke third-party authorization where supported by the relevant platform.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not use ChannelsHub for unlawful activities or to violate the rights or policies of third parties.

6. Personal Data

Customers may provide personal information to ChannelsHub through their connected systems.

The processing of such information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Where ZBK processes personal information on behalf of a customer, the customer remains responsible for determining the lawful purposes and appropriate instructions for that processing where applicable.

Customers must ensure that they have the necessary rights and legal basis to provide personal information to ChannelsHub for processing.

7. Amazon Information

Where ChannelsHub is authorized to access Amazon SP-API, the customer remains responsible for maintaining the appropriate Amazon account authorization and complying with applicable Amazon terms and policies.

ChannelsHub processes Amazon Information only for authorized business purposes and according to the permissions granted by the customer.

ChannelsHub does not represent itself as an Amazon-owned or Amazon-operated service.

8. Intellectual Property

ChannelsHub, including its software, interfaces, documentation, designs, trademarks and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to ZBK Yazılım ve Bilgi Sistemleri A.Ş.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of ChannelsHub or its underlying technology to the customer.

Customers retain ownership of their own business information and content.

9. Acceptable Use

Customers must not:

ZBK may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect ChannelsHub, customers or third-party services.

10. Service Availability

ZBK aims to provide reliable and secure access to ChannelsHub.

However, service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, network conditions, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Third-party marketplace, ERP, carrier and e-invoicing availability may directly affect corresponding ChannelsHub functionality.

11. Security

ZBK maintains technical and organizational security controls appropriate to the nature of the service and information processed.

Customers must also maintain appropriate security controls for their own accounts, systems and connected third-party services.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party and to use it only for authorized purposes.

Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide the agreed services.

13. Fees and Subscription

Use of ChannelsHub is subject to the applicable subscription plan and pricing published by ZBK or agreed with the customer.

Fees, billing periods, limits and included functionality may vary by plan.

Applicable pricing is presented to customers before subscription or purchase.

14. Suspension and Termination

A customer may terminate their use of ChannelsHub according to the applicable subscription terms.

ZBK may suspend or terminate access where necessary due to:

15. Changes to the Service

ZBK may modify or improve ChannelsHub from time to time.

Changes may include new integrations, functionality, security improvements, technical changes or discontinuation of unsupported functionality.

Where a material change affects customers, ZBK will provide appropriate notice where required.

16. Disclaimer

ChannelsHub is an integration and automation service.

ZBK does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or continued functionality of third-party marketplaces, APIs, ERP systems, logistics services or other external services.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing their business operations and ensuring that their use of third-party services complies with applicable requirements.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZBK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party service failures, marketplace outages, API changes, inaccurate customer configuration or circumstances outside ZBK's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, subject to mandatory applicable law.

19. Changes to These Terms

ZBK may update these Terms when necessary.

The current version will be published on the ChannelsHub website.

Continued use of ChannelsHub following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
